Our ability to spread the net far and wide is determined by our online following and we do it very well. Video is the most effective way to attract attention and connect with the viewer. We produce a short video with us presenting to the camera and taking the viewer on a tour of the property and its local environment. This is then uploaded to our YouTube Channel and linked to the property’s listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and our own website. We then use short excerpts to promote the property on Instagram , Facebook and Twitter.
