"Leading London estate agency Anderson Rose further established itself as a leading name in prime London property following a surge of sales in the final months of 2024. A succession of deals across 13 different PCL postcodes saw the firm set a new record by increasing total sales across the year, up by 57% compared to 2023.
Despite a turbulent market, impacted by a general election and continued economic pressures, Anderson Rose remained resilient with a succession of high-profile sales, the majority completing in the second half of the year, totalling in excess of £23 million."
