Another year, another win for Anderson Rose – The EA Masters Awards

The EA Masters is arguable the biggest annual event in estate agency; it’s an award through Rightmove and is listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2021-2022 where “the BEAG covers over 90% of the UK estate agents and is independently assessed and transparent”. Approximately 1 million properties are registered on Rightmove at any one time through 2,500 agents. This award cannot be bought and thus is totally awarded on merit alone. So, you may ask, how is the BEAG collated? Well, they state that “The performance of every listing is analysed over a six-month period as the first part of the assessment. Then each branch is mystery shopped to give an indication of service levels provided. From this, the top 20% of branches are identified. The next step is to collate the scores and identify the best estate agencies – the top 3% are identified as winners of a BEAG Award. The final stage is the announcement of the overall winners at the EA Masters event”.

All sounds thoroughly impressive, doesn’t it? That’s because it is. Last year, during what was one of the most challenging years in real estate, Anderson Rose managed to still hold onto our excellent ratings across the board and were awarded ‘excellent in Lettings’ for the 2020-2021 EA Masters. This year we are, yet again, in the top 5% of the country (over 26,000 branches across the UK) and have been awarded ‘Excellent in Sales”.
