Anderson Rose installs new PCL head - Prime Resi

"15-year-old two-branch London estate agency Anderson Rose has "revamped" its PCL team following the departure of Director Scott Joseph (LinkedIn), as it looks to " enhance its offering and increase its reach across the capital."

Joseph has moved on to join luxury brokerage Sothebys International Realty, specialising in the prime and super-prime Central & North London markets.

An internal restructure at AR sees Fin Chesterman (Linkedln) promoted to Head of Prime Central London, with Archie Gillies (LinkedIn) joining him from the Tower Bridge office. Chesterman joined the agency early last year as a Senior Sales & Lettings Neg, having previously worked for JLL in PCL sales and for James Pendleton in Wandsworth."
